2. Constructive Feedback: Customers must provide detailed feedback about why the product did not meet their expectations.

Ineligible Reasons: Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as: "This doesn’t apply to me", "This wasn’t what I expected", "I'm dissatisfied", "This wasn't what I was looking for", "I changed my mind", "I didn’t have time to use the product", or sudden personal emergencies or financial hardships unless directly related to the purchase.

4. Fraud Prevention: Misuse of the refund policy or fraudulent claims will result in denial of the request.

5. Limited Circumstances: While we strive for transparency, exceptional circumstances such as major product defects or failure to deliver the promised features will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, users must provide clear evidence demonstrating the issue with the product.

If the dispute initiated does not align with the terms of our Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Owner reserves the right to pursue all available collection remedies and take legal action against the User to recover the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, or damages for up to $25,000.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses incurred as result of a chargeback initiated by the User in violation of these terms.

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to User if they initiated unjustified chargebacks or repeatedly fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.

The User acknowledges their obligation to read and understand the provisions and policies of the Freedom Scaling Terms & Conditions and agrees that omission to do so is not a defense against any remedies outlined herein.

Service Interruption: We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to notify users in advance, certain disruptions may be beyond our control.
